Lead plant finance, budgeting, MIS, controls, and cost analysis for a manufacturing business.

Responsibilities

Own monthly closing, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Partner with plant and business teams on cost control and profitability improvement.

Strengthen internal controls, compliance, audit readiness, and working capital tracking.

Present financial insights to senior management with clear action plans.

Requirements

CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent finance qualification preferred.

7+ years of finance experience in manufacturing, industrial, auto ancillary, or FMCG.

Strong costing, MIS, controls, audit, and business partnering exposure.

Advanced Excel and clear stakeholder communication skills.
